Return and exchange policy

If the security seal is intact, you get a full refund on your payment method.

•            You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return

•            In addition to not peeling off the security seal, the packaging must be unopened and not tampered with.

🔓 If the security seal has been removed, you have 15 days

Feel free to open the package and try on your extensions! If you want to return them for any reason, no problem—no questions asked.

 Warning: If you purchased a preorder item, please note that cancellations made after 7 days from the date of purchase will incur a 10% preorder cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your order or return it.

 

Exchange Policy

 

Items be exchanged provided it is  in great condition. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Customer is responsible for shipping cost exchange to us. Before shipping out, please contact us via satisfactionmakers247@gmail.com to get approval and instruction for the exchange.

 

Your items will not be approved for refund or exchange for the reasons listed below:

 

 

1. Items are past deadline date

 

2. Final sale items

 

If we receive your package and items don't meet code of exchange, your package will be returned to you at your cost.

 

 

For sanitary reason, wigs  are FINAL SALE.
